City of Gig Harbor - Pleasurecraft Marina Site Development Improvements

Sitts & Hill provided civil stormwater improvements and site development for the proposed addition of a restaurant on site. Minimal site disturbance for construction of the new bulkhead and the restaurant was preferred and included asphalt pavement replacement of approximately 1,500 SF adjacent to the bulkhead and the upland building perimeter.
